Tales of Mobius: Bli'ni

After brain storming, and brain storming, and trying to find the one that actually fit, I FINALLY have a title for the larger story that these characters fit into! *does a happy dance!*

Whoot! Finally got one of my other character designs finished.
As of now, Bli'ni is only a minor character, but her design was still a lot of fun to do. She also makes another good example for my islander based characters.  As you can see, for this group of Mobians, clothing is a matter of accessory.
Now I need to actually get some of the male designs worked out.  And finish the one for poor Ouran.  Why is the outfit for him being so hard to come up with? T.T

For now, I'm deliberately keeping information about her to myself, but I might get around to updating this with the info that I am willing to share.
